Terms of Service & Medical Disclaimer

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Dosy mobile application (the “App”) operated by the developer (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. Strict Medical Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

Medical Supervision Required: Dosy is designed exclusively for private logging, calculations, dose reminders, inventory management, and educational purposes. It is NOT medical advice, dosing instruction, prescribing guidance, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare provider.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using the App does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying any calculations (including reconstitution math), schedules, or dose amounts with a licensed medical professional before administering any substance, including but not limited to GLP-1 agonists, peptides, or hormone replacement therapies (TRT).

Assumption of Risk: The use of injectable compounds, research chemicals, and prescription medications carries inherent health risks. You agree that you are using the App at your own risk.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, physical, or medical damages, including personal injury, health complications, or death, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App.
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the App's calculators, charts, estimated half-life visualizers, or dose reminders.
  • Your application or misapplication of any substances tracked within the App.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App is free to download, with full access to premium features requiring a paid subscription.

Billing: Monthly and annual subscription options are available. The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial.

Charges: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple App Store Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
